SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING TERMS:

We at SANDY COFFEE COLLECTION, value each one of our customers and take the delivery of your merchandise with pride. Upon your payment being authorized, order processing takes approx 7-10 business days (excluding weekends) . Merchandise may take up to 3 weeks (excluding weekends & holidays) for delivery.

All customers will receive a tracking number upon shipment. If there is a delay in ability to ship the order you will be contacted via email. Once items have been shipped, we are not responsible for any packages lost, stolen or delayed by the postal service as well as unforeseen transit issues or holidays.

We ask that all customers be sure to provide the full and correct address  AND phone number when placing your order.  If incorrect address is provided in error, your merchandise will be returned to our factory and will be notified by our customer service department to arrange that your item(s) be re-shipped at the customer's expense. Due to the mail carrier's policy to not reimburse for delivered parcels, we will not be able to refund original shipping cost for returned merchandise. 

Also, please note that if certain pieces on our site are purchased after our factory sells out of our "ready to ship" items, each piece purchased thereafter will automatically be made to order. Made to order items may take more time for shipping. We have placed this statement on the items that these terms apply to on their individual product pages for full disclosure.

We DO NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes.
If ordering more than one item from our store, they may be shipped separately.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please note that the customer will be responsible for any additional fees for international orders outside of the US. We are not responsible for items held in customs.
